  Came in and began playing pool, as its the closest pool table to my home. Ash was everywhere on the felt and the other table was being ruined by an eight year old that no one bothered to stop and question whether he should be playing with any of the equipment. No huge deal. After two games, Crystal, the only server for the lunch rush, finally realized I was there and got me a drink but then forgot to give me a menu for another 45 minutes. I had to walk up to the bar to get service, there were two bartenders doing nothing by the way. Fine, she's busy. Then, after she had to remind herself I was there, she forgot my two item order somehow within the 30 yard walk to the server's station and had to ask me a second time. Whatever, at least my order was in. Then an elderly gentlemen came in, whom she immediately greeted and began taking selfies on an ipad with. This is stupid at this point. She gets done there then proceeds to reassure me that my food was on its way, while she missed my empty drink. Finally she comes out with a plate of food, but makes a B-line to the elderly gentlemen, gives hims his order, and then sits and talks to him for another 5 minutes. Almost walked out at this point. By now I've played six games of pool and I'm out of change to kill time with, so I sit and wait and watch as she goes to the kitchen and comes out empty handed looking at me dead faced. Been here for close to two hours now. I finally get my food which wasn't bad, but immediately ask for my check and this is when she realizes something is wrong. She proceeds to tell me any excuse to try and save her tip whenever she checks on me. "Sorry, you're just in the corner, It's only my second day, I'm too busy right now, you're just as important as 'selfie man'." BULL. Second day or not she was terrible, and management is to blame for setting her up to fail during a rush if that is actually true. I hope the regulars tip well because I'm never coming back and will be relaying this story to anyone who will listen.

  We used to come here 2 to 3 times a week until ownership changed. Things changed that we didn't like, so we took a break. Things changed again so we thought we liked to make it "our" place again. After tonight of feeling like we are be forced out, to surrender our table the the group next to us (that haven't filled up their current tables). If I order a pitcher of beer and a few wings during Friday night event why would you ask me to pay right after I put my order in? We came here to drink and your trying to get rid of us before we even started. I tip 20% for just normal service, tonight won't be... normal...
