  My mom and I dined here today for lunch, and she had the beef with broccoli, orange chicken, and chow mein, and I had the orange chicken, fried rice, egg roll, and crab rangoon. The food should come out steaming hot. Not the case, I tasted my mom's broccoli as well as the beef and it was cold. My orange chicken as well as the fried rice were luke warm. The fried rice is tasteless, and the crab rangoon is the worst I've had. The egg roll might have been the best thing on the plate, which isn't saying much, and it might have been because it was swarming in sweet and sour sauce. I called guest relations when I got home and they're contacting their health and safety department to make sure the food heaters are working properly. She also took down my address to send out a voucher--hopefully so I don't use it to walk a away with an upset stomach a second time. Best of wishes to anyone who dines here. The fortune cookies should read, "Wiseman says you're better off spending your money at China Star, China Queen, or Hibachi Grill"

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with an employee, "Fatou." She claimed to be the Manager, which was very difficult to believe because of the poor service experience that I had with her today. She served "Orange Chicken" to me that had hair in it. When I returned it to her she demonstrated terrible customer service with this statement. "I didn't put the hair in it." When I told her that there should be some accountability taken on her behalf because the food was served to me with a very noticeable strand of hair in it and I also told her that I did not appreciate her response; she further stated, "That's the reality." There was no expression of empathy, no apology on behalf of the business, no urgency to fix it even after I told her that, "I like what I got, I just want it without hair in it." (Bowl of Orange Chicken and Fried Rice) She was so indisputably rude, I finally asked for a refund, and departed immediately. After church or following nearby outings, my family and I normally visit this Panda Express (drive through), but we will find a different location that provides the good customer service that we are used to and we deserve it. The success of any business is weighed heavily on "great customer service." If the Store Manager and/or the Owner would like to hear more about this incident I am more than willing to share further details following a reply to this Review.
